Instructions
To Create a New Application:
Click on Create a New Application
Enter PIN number.
Your Application ID Number will be your username and your PIN number will be you password.
You will need these to access your application
in the future.
Fill out the General Application Information, including Account Number and click
Save.
Fill out additional pages as necessary.
When your application is complete, click Submit Application
Bring the signed Letter of Authorization, signed Checklist and all pertinent design
plans (signed and sealed) to Community Development.
Once everything has been received by Community Development, your application will
be processed.
To Review Comments:
Log in using your username (Application ID number) and password (PIN)
Any reviews that have been done will be shown below Reviews/Conditions
Click on View to view the comments.
To Check Application Status After Submission:
Log in using your username (Application ID number) and password (PIN)
The current status of your application will be shown under Application Status.
To Change Your Application After Submission:
Log in using your username (Application ID number) and password (PIN)
Click Change Control Form
Type in requested change
Click Submit
To Change Your Application Before Submission:
Log in using your username (Application ID number) and password (PIN)
Make any desired changes to the pages and click Save.
